A 5 Minute Workout for the Days When That's All You Have Time For

Midterm week is stressful. It's easy to cut out some of the basic things your body needs, and exercise is often one of the first to go. That's why it's important to set yourself up for success with a realistic exercise goal for the day. Plan to use just five minutes of your day to work out, and you'll do yourself a whole lot of good. No workout equipment needed!
Here's how this works. You choose five moves. Then you do the first move for 45 seconds, give yourself a 15 second break, and start on your next move. Continue on and push hard until that five minute timer goes off!
What's most important here though is that you find exercise moves you enjoy doing. It's a lot easier to devote time to working out if it's something you actually like to do (or at least don't mind)! If you don't know what any of these exercises are, click on them to learn more.
P.S. Please check with your medical professional before beginning any kind of exercise routine. While we here at The Dynamic Damsels can recommend workout moves we like to use, we are definitely not doctors.
